• A "last-minute backout" refers to the withdrawal or cancellation of #WeAreTheXPERTS in the #XpertsGalaDinner23 after 26 December 2023. Please notify your respective HR.

• Should you back out, a penalty of the actual cost per head for the event will be imposed including your spouse.

• A last-minute backout may be accepted without penalty if a valid and documented reason is provided.
